Career Grooming started because three friends kept getting asked the same resume and interview questions by juniors from their college. We turned that into a matching process instead of a favor, and it grew faster than any of us expected.

Rebuilt the intake so every candidate gets a mentor matched to their actual target role, not a generalist
Added a 48-hour resume turnaround after too many people missed application deadlines waiting on feedback
Started tracking outcomes: 312 tracked interview call-backs since we began logging them in late 2024
